Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join a concrete operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy labor environments, be able to operate a forklift safely, and work efficiently in all weather conditions. This role requires flexibility, dedication, and a willingness to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and transport materials on-site.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support project deadlines.
Be available for overtime or extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in concrete work or construction preferred.
Proven experience operating a forklift.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexible with work hours, including overtime when necessary.
