Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist to set up and operate 3-axis DMG Mori CNC machines. The role involves utilizing blueprints and programs for machine setup and performing minor modifications of G&M code without the need to program. You will be responsible for insert and tool changes and will need to understand G&M code to effectively perform machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis DMG Mori CNC machines.

• Utilize blueprints and programs to set up machines.

• Perform minor modifications of G&M code.

• Conduct insert and tool changes.

• Understand and utilize G&M code for machine operations.

• Determine necessary tools for tool changes and part setup.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of CNC Machining experience.

• Proficient in machine setup.

• Ability to read and understand G&M Code.

• Possession of basic hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with blueprint reading.

• Proficiency in changeover and machine operating.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Willoughby, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
