- Competitive hourly pay with structured increases:
- Start: $29.67/hr
- After 1 year: $30.56/hr
- After 2 years: $36.75/hr

- Repair and maintain heavy equipment and diesel machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
- Diagnose problems and implement effective repair solutions
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Assemble and install machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records
- Perform general building maintenance and upkeep
- Perform welding and burning for repairs (required)
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding experience
- Experience with diesel engines, trucks, or heavy equipment
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
