The Maintenance Team Lead is an hourly position at OPW Retail Fueling and is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians (indirectly) and ensuring all production equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime. This role plays a critical part in supporting production goals through preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred) 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Industrial machinery and automation PLC systems (basic troubleshooting) Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical Experience with PLC programming Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience OSHA 10 or 30 certification
