Primary Responsibilities

Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and combination materials
Weld fabricated components according to blueprints, welding procedures, and customer specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and NDE symbols
Set up and operate welding equipment to meet production and quality requirements
Perform visual inspections of weldments to verify compliance with specifications and standards
Troubleshoot welding issues and make process adjustments as needed
Maintain welding equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance
Follow written work instructions and complete required production documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support additional production projects and duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Previous manufacturing and welding experience required
Experience with MIG welding required; TIG welding experience preferred
Ability to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Experience performing quality inspections of weldments
Ability to pass in-house weld certification testing up to and including 6G
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation: $22-$27/hr (Benefit Package Available)
Schedule

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:30pm

Current Mandatory Overtime Schedule:

10-hour shifts Monday-Friday
8-hour shifts on Saturdays
