Pay: $25 - $45/hr based on your license and experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Upgrade & Install: Perform service upgrades, utility meter relocations, and install solar-related electrical devices while following safety standards and code regulations.
• Lead the Charge: Offer your technical knowledge and support to installation crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety on each project.
• Team Player: Assist in staging materials and preparing job sites, keeping everything organized and clean.
• Document Success: Accurately complete project documentation, including photos and diagrams, and submit them promptly.
• Communicate Effectively: Interact professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Comply with company policies regarding vehicle maintenance and safety practices.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• License Required: A valid State Electrical License.
• Code Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) for residential applications.
• Experience Preferred: Prior residential solar experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated licensed electricians eager to learn!
• Mechanical Skills: Comfort with tools and performing physical tasks, including climbing and lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
• Clean Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
