General Production Worker

Job Title: Production Associate Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be trained across multiple departments and processes within our facility. You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment for Gate Grinding, Shell Removal/DeWaxing, Sand Blasting, Roto Filing, and Knock Out Operations.

• Support foundry operations by ensuring the smooth flow of production processes.

• Conduct inspections and adhere to safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.

• Assist in assembly, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic machine operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and general labor in a production environment.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding setting.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Willingness to learn new skills through hands-on training.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

• Experience with machine operations, forklift, and power tools is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
