Location: Longmont, CO
Pay Rate: $22-26/HR
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility available for an earlier start)
Worksite: Onsite 5 days/week | Class 10 Cleanroom
Job Overview
Join a precision manufacturing team building high purity gas panel and gas cabinet assemblies used in critical applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, reading drawings, making electrical connections , and performing testing/data recording in a controlled cleanroom environment.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Assemble and test high purity gas panel and gas cabinet assemblies, including subassemblies and component parts .
Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and applicable testing equipment.
Crimp and make electrical connections as required by build documentation.
Retrieve and interpret electronic assembly drawings , follow work instructions, and complete builds to spec.
Perform or support quality control checks , and document results accurately.
Use a computer for training , email , drawing retrieval, and recording production/test data .
As needed, assist with purifier assembly operations , helium leak testing , and other assigned production support tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3+ years of manual assembly production experience (mechanical assembly preferred).
3+ years of mechanical assembly experience (hands-on build environment).
Ability to read and follow assembly drawings / build documentation.
Experience crimping and making electrical connections .
Comfortable using hand tools and basic testing equipment .
Basic computer skills (email, word processing, accessing electronic drawings, entering data).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong attention to detail.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Hydro testing and data recording experience.
Experience working in an ISO9001 environment.
Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
Experience building large-scale equipment .
Exposure to helium leak testing or cleanroom manufacturing practices.
Work Environment
Class 10 cleanroom setting; onsite work required 5 days/week .
Shift is M–F 7:00 AM–3:30 PM , with some flexibility for earlier start times.
Role involves detailed, precision assembly and adherence to cleanroom procedures and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
