Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Mandatory Friday Overtime-10 hours

Position Overview

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Mandatory Friday Overtime (50 hours/week)
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

Perform wire feed welding on various metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet standards.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

Previous experience in wire feed welding or related welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime.
