Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a HVAC Technician position for a local Emory, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating and air conditioning systems
Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide accurate, effective repair solutions
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system operation, repairs, and recommendations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in customers' homes
Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately and on time
Manage service calls independently and efficiently
Provide technical guidance when needed (no formal supervisory duties required)

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas
Flexibility with work hours-days may be long depending on workload
Must have VALID DL!
EPA Certified, HVAC Certified!
