About the Role: We're looking for a reliable, hard-working team player to join our industrial maintenance team. You'll be trained to operate a sit-down forklift and cross-trained on various tasks, including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring machinery. If you enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, this could be a great fit!
What You'll Do:

Monitor and refill oil and fluid levels in machines.
Clean cooling fans, remove hoppers, and change filters.
Perform basic mechanical maintenance and inspections.
Use measurement tools and record data vi mobile app.
ssist with fluid system changes and inventory tracking.
Lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet most of the day.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (experience counts too!).
Some mechanical or CNC experience is a plus (but not required).
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and walking.
bility to follow instructions and work independently.
Steel-toe shoes required (bring them to your interview!).
