Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Shift:

Part-Time | 15 hours/week

Monday:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Friday:

8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Machines break. That's life. But you? You're the one who knows how to unbreak 'em - and fast. Whether it's a busted belt, a motor throwing a tantrum, or some mystery noise nobody else can figure out, you've seen it, fixed it, and probably yelled at it a few times. Good news, you're in demand.

What Fuels Success Here:

High school diploma/GED or trade certification preferred

2-5 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades

Prior experience in facility maintenance, construction, landscaping, or janitorial services is highly preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to read and follow safety procedures, manuals, and work orders

Ability to operate mobile devices, work order systems, and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, database tools)

Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple building systems

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and crawling

Daily local travel required

What You'll Be Doing

Complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs according to work orders

Perform minor plumbing tasks (unclog drains, repair leaks, replace fixtures)

Complete routine carpentry and painting tasks (patch drywall, match paint, small repairs)

Conduct minor electrical repairs allowed by state law (replace outlets, switches, lighting components)

Perform HVAC, equipment, and building system checks as needed

Conduct site and asset inspections

Use a tablet/smartphone to complete work orders, log notes, upload photos, and submit reports

Maintain tools, obtain materials, and track expenses

Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction

Attend required safety training and follow OSHA and company safety standards

Provide estimates for larger repairs or projects

Support additional tasks as assigned
