Looking to build more than just metal? We're hiring a Mig/TIG welder in Chandler to join a team built on skill and grit.

What You'll Need To Bring

4+ years of welding experience
Strong MIG/TIG skills (manual & machine)
Experience with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Ability to pass visual and destructive weld tests
Blueprint reading and AWS code knowledge
Basic math and measurement skills
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational welding program a plus)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
Reliable attendance

What A Shift Looks Like

Perform MIG & TIG welding on various metals
Read blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols
Layout, fit, tack, and fabricate complex weldments
Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tapes)
Inspect completed welds to meet quality standards
Maintain tools/equipment and perform minor maintenance
Follow all safety procedures and policies
