Responsibilities

CNC Mill Operator (HAAS)

We are seeking an expert CNC Mill Operator to set up and operate computer-controlled machines for sheet metal, aluminum, and plastic workpieces. The ideal candidate brings high-level technical precision to our manufacturing team. Due to the sensitivity of operations, US Citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Operation: Expertly configure and run HAAS CNC Mills; experience with 5-axis mills is a significant plus.
• Precision Quality: Read blueprints and perform rigorous self-inspections to maintain strict tolerances.
• Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on workstation equipment and tools.
• Collaboration: Work within the manufacturing team to meet customer needs while upholding ISO 9000/AS 9100 quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of CNC setup and operation.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in blueprint reading; must possess a basic set of personal machinist tools.
• Physicality: Ability to lift 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Communication: Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and a dedicated team player.

The essential functions of this role include:
