Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Russell, KS

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Production Workers for a physically demanding, entry-level position in Russell, KS. This role offers two distinct opportunities:

Yard Worker (Outdoor):

Load and unload rail cars.
Move rail cars using specialized equipment.
Operate forklifts and skid steers.
Perform tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.

Gluten Worker (Indoor):

Manage and monitor machinery in a non-climate-controlled, dusty environment.
Perform basic maintenance as needed.
Work with flour and other materials, frequently moving between multiple levels of the machinery to ensure proper operation.
Requires climbing and walking for much of the shift.

Schedule:

Rotating shifts: 2 weeks on nights, 2 weeks on days.
12-hour shifts, standing and active throughout the entire shift.

Pay Rate: $21/HR
