TIG Welder – Stainless Steel - Full benefits.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift

Compensation: Will pay up to $35/hr (Base on weld test)

About the Position

• We are hiring an experienced TIG Welder to support the production and custom welding

• This role focuses primarily on TIG welding stainless steel components, with most work involving butt welds and occasional piping.

• You will work from blueprints to complete short-run production orders averaging 3–10 parts.

• This is a long-term opportunity with clear advancement potential from Welder I to Welder III.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components

• Complete butt welds and occasional piping welds

• Read and interpret blueprints for 20+ standard and custom products

• Execute short-run production welds (3–10 parts per order)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Collaborate with a small, skilled welding team

This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
