What You'll Do

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
Operate large-scale CNC robotic welding machines
Perform secondary finishing work (grinding, sanding)
Support nearby operations during downtime (e.g., brake press, general cleanup)
Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas
Follow all quality and safety procedures

What You Bring

Ability to read drawings and understand weld symbols
Basic shop math skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for full shift
Lift 10-50 lbs. as needed
Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Bend, reach, kneel, climb, and use foot-control machinery
Maintain visual accuracy and balance in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

Factory setting with moving equipment, fumes, and loud noise (PPE provided)
Occasional exposure to humidity, chemicals, and airborne particles
