Concrete Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Concrete Foreman to lead our field crews and ensure high-quality work on a variety of concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate all phases of concrete work-from planning and layout through finishing and quality control.
Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Plan, schedule, and delegate work tasks to meet project deadlines
• Ensure proper placement, finishing, and curing of concrete
• Operate and oversee the use of equipment such as screeds, trowels, saws, and vibrators
• Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets project standards
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and safety
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Track materials, labor, and equipment usage and report progress daily

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of concrete construction experience required
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead in concrete work
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus
• OSHA certifications preferred (but not required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50-80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
