CNC Machine Operator | $22/hr | 1st Shift
A clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of producing high-quality parts with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC routers (3-axis preferred) to cut, shape, and finish materials
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate production
- Utilize Enroute software (or similar) for tool pathing and machine operation
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedure
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC routers
- Experience with Enroute software strongly preferred
- Familiarity with 3-axis CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1st shift: 6:00am-3:30pm
- Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility

- Team-oriented environment with independent workstations
