Carpenter/Laborer

We are seeking skilled carpenters and carpenter apprentices to join our team. You will be part of a team working on commercial construction projects, primarily focusing on the rough wood framing of buildings. You will collaborate with a crew of six carpenters under the guidance of a foreman, installing interior and exterior wall panels, floor and roof trusses, stairs, doors, and windows.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of carpenters on commercial construction projects.
• Complete rough wood framing for buildings.
• Install interior and exterior wall panels, floor and roof trusses, stairs, doors, and windows.
• Utilize hand and power tools proficiently under safety guidelines.

Essential Skills

• Proven framing experience.
• Experience in construction environments.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Skills in rough carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• True framing experience is preferred.
• Open to entry-level candidates for some positions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brockton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
