Responsibilities:

Conduct audits of engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
Review and verify GD&T, tolerancing, and critical-to quality (CTQ) features in mold and machine components.
Audit mold validation reports, PPAP submissions, and process capability studies.
Evaluate mold and machine design processes for adherence to DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Requirements:

Having more than 10 Years of Experience in Engineering Department of Manufacturing Company preferably in Injection Molding/ Plastic production Company.
3 - 5 years of experience in quality auditing or engineering in an injection molding environment
Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of Hot runner & Controller Design & Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and materials.

Education:

Bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical engineering/ Tool Design, or related field.
