We're looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Bunkie. If you have hands-on experience with priming, painting, and equipment setup in an industrial, auto-body, or manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Prep, prime, and paint a variety of industrial materials
- Mix coatings and ensure correct paint consistency
- Set up, operate, and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and related equipment
- Perform surface prep including sanding, grinding, masking
- Inspect finished work for quality, thickness, consistency, and coverage
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures related to paints, chemicals, PPE, and ventilation
- Previous experience in industrial, autobody, or sign-industry painting required
- Ability to properly prime and apply coatings with HVLP or other spray systems
- Knowledge of surface prep techniques and finishing standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work scheduled hours
