This Structural/Mechanical Engineer role is available at the Byron Clean Energy facility located in Byron, IL.

This engineering role can be filled at either the Mid-level or Senior level. Please review the minimum qualifications for both levels below:

Mid Level - $90,000-$110,000

Senior Level - $117,000-$143,000

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering and technical tasks as assigned, utilizing general engineering principles.
• Ensure all engineering outputs comply with safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in the development and execution of effective processes and techniques while adhering to established company policies.
• Propose improvements to format and methodology for standard processes and procedures.
• Perform other job-related tasks as directed by management, including emergency response duties and outage support activities.

Minimum Qualifications

For Mid-level E02 Engineer:

• B.S. in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Compliance with additional requirements as per ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard,
