Location: Mankato, MN
Compensation: $19.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Coating Operators for an electronics / complex assembly company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure high-quality electronic assemblies by inspecting and touching up protective coatings on circuit boards. If you enjoy hands-on, detail-focused work in a manufacturing environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Coating Operator:

• Inspect boards and panels under a microscope to ensure proper coating coverage
• Perform coating touch-ups using microscopes and precision hand tools
• Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools during board assembly processes
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Enter basic production data into a computer system
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager

What You Need to Bring to the Coating Operator Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General knowledge of electronic components
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Willingness to cross-train into other positions as needed
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English
• IPC A 610 training preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
