Job Summary: We are looking for an AI Adoption Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving AI adoption and innovation across BorgWarner. This role focuses on understanding AI trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with IT and business teams to implement AI solutions that address business challenges. This role will also involve supporting related technologies such as Power BI and RPA, ensuring a cohesive approach to digital transformation.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in technology, analytics, digital transformation, or related fields. AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions experience is a plus.
Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation.
Prior experience in AI is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both IT and business team.

Responsibilities:

Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about AI trends, opportunities, and key vendors. Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
Regional Collaboration: Periodically meet with each plant business team across North America to identify current challenges and propose AI solutions to address them. Document and share successful AI pilots across plants to promote knowledge sharing.
Global Coordination: Work closely with the global AI team to share experiences, best practices, and lessons learned. Advocate for a unified approach to AI initiatives across regions.
Knowledge Management: Maintain and update a centralized knowledge base and template library for AI, Power BI, and RPA solutions.
Cross-Technology Support: Assist in managing Power BI and RPA initiatives alongside AI, ensuring alignment and efficiency across digital tools.
