Pay & Perks

• $25/hr (based on experience)

• Overtime paid at 1.5x

Schedule

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (rotating days)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel (some stainless steel)

• Prep materials: grinding, sanding, layout, and tack welding

• Fabricate, inspect, and ensure quality of welded components

• Maintain welding equipment and keep a clean, organized work area

• Replenish welding consumables and follow all safety standards

• Thrive in a high‑production manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For

• MIG welding experience ( TIG/SAW is a plus )

• Ability to read basic blueprints

• Comfortable using hand tools and tape measures

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to work nights and overtime as needed

• Ability to pass a weld test

Nice to Have

• Fabrication or production welding experience

• Crane operation or large‑diameter welding experience

• Experience in Lean or manufacturing environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
