Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd

Compensation: $21.73 - $23.10/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repetitive and standardized assembly or packaging tasks.
• Lift and handle 60-pound frozen blocks of meat efficiently.
• Fill hoppers with the correct quantities and oversee material usage.
• Conduct regular checks on machinery.
• Pack finished products into boxes and bags securely.
• Label, weigh, and verify materials for accuracy.
• Stack boxes weighing 10 to 40 pounds.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping practices.
• Uphold a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in cold environments (30-40 degrees Fahrenheit).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Cargill.
• Experience in packing or grinding processes.
• Background in meat production.
• General production experience.
• Recent work history within the last 12 months.
