Job Description:

Our company is looking for certified, skilled, and highly talented High Tolerance CNC Machinists to join our dynamic team. We're seeking hardworking professionals who like to meet challenges and surpass clients' expectations.

This is someone as a rack builder who would be doing adjustments to copper, steel, stainless materials etc. Our required tolerances are about 1/16 -1/8 of an inch. We need mechanically inclined individuals.

Your chief responsibilities will include interpreting designs, reading blueprints, monitoring machinery, understanding high tolerances and have the ability to manipulate metal to achieve those high tolerances. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of understanding high tolerances on CNC machines. The successful candidate will also have a steady hand and outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
• Must be hands-on, mechanically inclined, with an aptitude for understanding tight tolerances.
• Use specialized machinery for CNC machining and oversee machines that perform the job.
• Maintain and repair all machinery.
• Must be able to manipulate metal and achieve those tight tolerances.
• Set-up, operate, and maintain, various CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce parts according specification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process, such as tool wear, material inconsistencies, or programming errors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Program CNC machines using G-Code and relevant software to achieve desired precision and quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a High Tolerance CNC machinist.
