Associates who apply for and are selected—based on performance and attendance—for a posted operator-level back-up position will receive a $1/hour wage increase once signed off in the role.
In this role, you will set up the work area with necessary equipment, assist with line set-up and check codes of all ingredients before use, and complete other general labor activities within a production environment.

Requirements:
This position is entry level
High School Diploma/GED
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Reading, Math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages)
Basic mechanical aptitude (i.e., correct use of wrenches, drivers, pliers, and lubrication techniques) preferred
Training is provided and no previous experience is necessary

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
