Assembly Line Worker

We are seeking a dedicated assembly line worker to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our production equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning machinery, removing metal chips and scrap, and maintaining a safe work environment. Prior experience working in a manufacturing/production environment is ideal for someone in this role, having a general mechanical aptitude, and is able to be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Clean production equipment to ensure operational efficiency after job completion.
• Perform heavy cleansing tasks, including the removal of metal chips and scrap, and changing coolants on CNC equipment.
• Notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in janitorial duties, general labor, and machine cleaning.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of North Wales, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
