Metal Fabrication Press Brake Specialist

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the metal fabrication industry, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Pay Range: $15.00 to $20.00

Shift: 7am - 5pm 

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and angle finders to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Program the press brake machine for specific bending operations as required by production drawings.
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Familiarity with programming press brake machines is highly desirable.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and performing quality inspections is essential.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
• Credential requirements include certifications 100038 and 100006.
