Yard Laborer Rental

Location: New Braunfels, TX Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Laborer Rental to join our team in New Braunfels, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized yard, cleaning and renovating rental forms and equipment, and supporting daily yard operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean products, materials, equipment, and yard areas to maintain a debris-free work environment.
• Operate form-cleaning machinery and use power tools and hand tools to renovate and clean forms.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety operating procedures.
• Experience operating air tools and hand tools preferred.
• Ability to properly use and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Work Environment

• Work performed outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and chemicals.
• Required PPE: hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hat, and steel-toe boots (must provide own steel-toe shoes).
