General Laborer (Hablamos Espanol)

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, some weighing up to 50 lbs, under various weather conditions. This role specifically involves working as a precast concrete laborer, where you will engage in various physically demanding duties to ensure the safe and efficient handling, storage, and preparation of precast concrete products. Your day-to-day activities will include operating machinery and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Job details include:

• Pay $16 an hour, OT pay is $24, will be working around 60 hours a week
• Full benefits starting on your 1st full month (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and weekly pay)
• Able to interview and start this week

Responsibilities include:

• Load and unload materials up to 50 lbs in weight.
• Operate machinery for handling precast concrete products.
• Ensure safe and efficient storage and preparation of materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Essential skills include:

• Ability to perform general labor tasks.
• Experience with outdoor work and construction.
• Capable of heavy lifting and working under the sun.
• Proficiency in Spanish or bilingual capabilities.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

• Experience in concrete handling and construction is beneficial.

Work environment:

This position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The work environment involves outdoor activities, requiring resilience to various weather conditions. Dress comfortably for outdoor work and be prepared for physically demanding tasks.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
