Your Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your extensive knowledge and skills.
• Gain valuable experience working on a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy inspections for every vehicle.
• Collaborate with your team to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns.
• Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop.
• Communicate effectively with the service department and other technicians.
• Contribute to creating outstanding results by problem-solving as a team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• ASE Certifications preferred, showcasing your expertise.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding productivity goals.
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes to enhance your expertise.
• A professional appearance with excellent communication abilities.
• A commitment to long-term career growth and development.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift over 100 pounds on occasion.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Skill to maneuver in tight spaces for necessary repairs.
• Dexterity to effectively utilize hand tools.
• Capability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Competency in using a computer for various tasks.
