We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves using various tools and equipment such as a drill press and hand saw to cut rail lines to precise lengths. You will also be responsible for performing quality checks, maintaining an inventory of staged orders, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. The ability to lift over 50 pounds is essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize drill press and hand saw to cut rail lines to length.
• Read a tape measure accurately to the nearest 1/16.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintain inventory of staged orders.
• Consistently lift 50+ pounds.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools, specifically hand saws and drill presses.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with punch presses.
• Metal fabrication experience.
• Proficient in using quality tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in a small yard with about 8-10 workers. Candidates should be prepared to work independently after training, in all weather conditions, and should be able to lift and hold up to 50+ pounds. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
