Location: Monticello, MN
Compensation: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00pm-2:30am

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing company in Monticello, MN. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment while supporting production efficiency and quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on machining work and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist:

• Set up and tear down CNC machines following approved processes
• Operate equipment and troubleshoot issues across the work cell
• Program, edit, and adjust CNC programs
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and inspection data
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and process adjustments
• Support process improvements, DOEs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete maintenance tasks and tooling work orders

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:

• 3-5 years of machining experience in a machine shop or similar environment
• Strong CNC programming, editing, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience analyzing CMM, SPC, and inspection data
• Vocational training in precision machining preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and support team operations
