Agriculture Facilities Maintenance Technician

Then look no further... we are seeking a skilled Agriculture Facilities Maintenance Technician! You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems, with a passion for ensuring that agricultural machinery operates efficiently to support our operation.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose basic to complex mechanical issues with agriculture facilities
2. Identify potential problems (mechanical or field conditions) and react appropriately.
3. Maintain and repair facilities used for the operation.
4. Perform basic fabrications as needed.
5. Adhere to common safety practices and procedures.
6. Responsible for following all Company Policies and Procedures, as well as any Local, State and/or Federal Regulations.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications-

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma, equivalent (GED), or demonstrated proficiency through previous job experience and/or training in related performance responsibilities as listed below.
• Ability to handle physical exertion.
• Must be willing to travel as harvest deems necessary.

Preferred Qualifications-

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years general mechanical experience, preferably with agriculture facilities such as grain elevators
• Completion of appropriate vocational/agriculture technical school training may be substituted for years of experience.
