Location: Parkers Prairie, MN
Compensation: $18.00-$26.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Stainless-Steel Welders for a leading manufacturing company in Parkers Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll fabricate high-quality stainless-steel components while working with a skilled team in a clean, professional shop environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision welding, and steady weekday hours, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Stainless-Steel Welder:

• Perform TIG welding on a variety of stainless-steel components
• Fabricate stainless-steel parts and assemblies according to customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure welds meet company and industry quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools

What You Need to Bring to the Stainless-Steel Welder Role:

• 6+ months of professional welding experience
• Proficiency in TIG welding, specifically with stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and transportation to Parkers Prairie, MN
