Job Details

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
Proven experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing large construction projects.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
