Location: Little Falls, MN
Compensation: $17.50- $21.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Shifts Available | Monday- Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packager workers for a manufacturing and production company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, you'll support the packaging process to ensure products are prepared efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Packager:

• Stack bags and boxes onto pallets
• Work with a team to package product in an efficient, timely, and quality-focused manner
• Set up and clean up the packaging area between production runs
• Verify lot codes to ensure accurate product labeling
• Use metal detection equipment to meet product quality standards

What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role:

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Forklift experience preferred but not required - training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Entry-level candidates welcome - no experience required #worknow
