General Laborer – Now Hiring $17.50

Join a growing, fast‑paced team where your hard work truly makes a difference. We’re looking for motivated General Production Workers to support a variety of production line activities, working with parts ranging from small components to medium and heavy materials.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and mask components on the production line

• Pull and deliver parts based on line requests

• Remove finished parts and transport them—along with kits—to designated departments

• Organize parts in racks and place them on the assembly line conveyor

• Follow work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy

What You Bring

• Experience in production, general labor, or manufacturing

• Ability to use basic hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to support surface prep and metal cleaning processes

• Capability to maintain assigned tools

• Physical ability to bend, stand, sit, reach, and lift throughout the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
