Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Contract-to-Hire Electro-Mechanical Assembler opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in West Boylston, MA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and written work instructions.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, and basic mechanical assembly tasks.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Identify and report quality concerns, material discrepancies, or assembly issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5S standards.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and basic measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.
