CNC Machinist - $24/hr, Day Shift, Training Provided

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Machinist in DAYTON, OH. Key Responsibilities

• Perform simple to complex setups and operate CNC machines and machining centers.

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations and tolerances.

• Set up fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment.

• Monitor machine performance and adjust speeds, feeds, coolant flow, and controls as needed.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).

• Perform operator preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 5–10 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.

• Experience editing CNC programs and understanding G & M codes preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple machines and setups simultaneously.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
