Job Full Description

Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a well known facility in Butler, PA!

Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and exterior spaces, to ensure they are in excellent condition and meet quality standards.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and tasks on a scheduled basis to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance work orders, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on guest experience
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, inventory, and maintenance logs
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
Assist with renovations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects as needed, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and hotel management to ensure timely and successful completion.
