Structural Welder/Fitter ($24–$28 per hour)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Schedule: Day & Night Shifts Available

Pay: $24–$28/hr (based on experience) + overtime opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Structural Welders and Fitters to join our team in manufacturing large-scale poles used for street lighting and traffic control. This position involves working with heavy materials and large structural components, so only candidates with proven industrial experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality metalcore and flux‑core welding.

• Fit and assemble large structural components according to specifications.

• Interpret and work from blueprints with accuracy.

• Complete required welding and fitting tests prior to hire.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of heavy industrial welding/fitting experience.

• Strong proficiency in metalcore and flux‑core welding.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints .

• Must successfully pass all welding and fitting assessments.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Night Shift: 10 openings

• 4:00pm – 2:30am

• Day Shift: 4 openings

• 5:00am – 3:30pm

• Overtime:

• Fridays: available 90% of the time

• Some Saturdays as needed

Required Gear:

• Hard hat provided by the company

• Candidates must bring their own welding hood and steel‑toed boots

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.25/hr.
