Entry Level Construction Crane Operator

Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable crane operator to join our team. This is a part-time position with guaranteed 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week if you are open to additional labor tasks. The primary responsibility is operating a mobile crane on top of a boom truck to hoist rooftop units (RTUs) onto commercial flat roofs, such as those of hotels.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mobile crane on top of a boom truck.
• Hoist rooftop units onto commercial flat roofs.
• Ensure safe and efficient crane operations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction.
• Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience on commercial construction job sites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
