Direct Hire
Location: Richfield, WI
Pay Rate: $38-40/hr, based on Experience
Shift: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Schedule: 2-2-3
What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You'll be:

• Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Conducting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with the team to ensure optimal operation of all machinery
• Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a technical certification or degree (required)
• Bring 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience (required)
• Possess strong skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Are committed to safety and continuous improvement
• Are open to working flexible, 12-hour shifts
