What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle general maintenance and repairs around the property - plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and more
- Respond to resident service requests quickly and with a positive attitude
- Help get apartments move-in ready by completing unit turnovers
- Take care of small projects like hanging shelves, assembling furniture, or fixing fixtures
- Work with the maintenance supervisor and team to keep the property safe, clean, and in great shape
- Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines
- Some maintenance, construction, or handyman experience is a plus
- A team player who's reliable, responsible, and ready to work
- Someone who takes pride in doing a job well
- Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and safety practices
- Willingness to occasionally work after-hours or weekends if needed
