Join our growing team! We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators, Machine Operators, and Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse and manufacturing clients in fast-paced environments. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and experience in manufacturing or logistics, we want to hear from you. Competitive pay, steady hours, and opportunities for growth available.

Pay Range: $16.95/hr - $20.75/hr

Plainfield, IN (Reach Truck and Stand Up)

• Mon - Fri 6am - 2:30pm $19.50
• Mon - Fri 2:45pm - 11:15pm $20.75

Greenwood, IN (Ulta Beauty - Order Picker and Cherry Picker Operator)

• Fri Sun, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM | $20.00/hr

Indianapolis, IN (Park 100 - Sit-down Forklift and Machine Operator)

• 3:50om to 4:00am on a rotating - 2/2/3 -12 hr shift
• Monday- Friday - 6pm-6am

Beech Grove, IN (Heavy Lifting and working in a dusty environment)

• Record Center Specialist - 7am 4pm - $16.95

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts safely to move, locate, relocate, and stack materials within the warehouse.
• Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Operating specific forklifts per job requirements (Reach, Sit Down, Cherry Picker, Order Picker, and Stand up)
• Operating machines and repetitive packing and lifting

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating forklifts (Reach, Sit Down, Cherry Picker, Order Picker, and Stand up) for the equipment positions.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently for the labor positions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic to meet daily operational goals.
