HVAC Foreman

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Foreman with over 7 years of experience in the HVAC field, particularly in commercial installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brazing, soldering, ductwork, sheet metal duct, hot water/chilled water piping, and gas piping. Experience with controls or pipefitting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects in a commercial setting.
• Manage and direct a team of HVAC technicians and ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform brazing, soldering, and installation of sheet metal duct, hot water/chilled water piping, and gas piping.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and layouts to ensure accurate installation.
• Coordinate with other construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into new constructions.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in HVAC installation and foreman roles.
• Proficient in brazing, soldering, and ductwork.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC controls or pipefitting.
• Familiarity with mechanical, heat, and ventilation systems.
• No specific certifications required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALLENTOWN, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
